Not personally. The government board of Shehui does have contact with the other cities. [Information about life outside of Dwy will be pointedly ignored.] All cities outside of Shehui function almost exactly the same as Shehui.

Magic is monitored, though magic limitations are enforced in Shehui. Magic has not been confirmed and recorded for quite some time. [This likely won't be repeated by all monitors, but one may slip and confirm this information.]
