MAGIC: He makes himself stronger, but his luck sucks until something bad happens to reset it. Yay!

• Characters with strong/weak resonance - aka spiritual sensitivity, a pure heart, the works. Eizen is visible in low-frequency worlds and the hub, but he becomes invisible to those with weak resonance in high-frequency worlds, which makes for some poltergeist shenanigans.

• History nerds - His personality does a 180-degree turn here. Please indulge him.
  
• Anyone and everyone - All ages welcome. He's more patient with children, although he speaks to them as he would to adults. For those interested in casual conflict, he respects the decisions of others and expects the same in return; he'll argue for eternity with anyone who disapproves. On a related note, he's good for pushing people to think for themselves.
  
• Victims . . . Eizen is tailed by a curse that brings ill fortune to those around him, including himself. This only kicks in on high-frequency worlds. Also, anyone who makes CR with Edna will definitely have CR with Eizen (he will kill you).

He likes to conserve energy, which gives off the impression that he is impassive or aloof. He never gives anything his all and is kind of resigned to most things in life. MAGIC: copies & pastes this from app: Nisaka will have the power to manipulate his soul. This ability manifests in something akin to astral projection, wherein he is able to project his soul from his body in a likeness of himself. It is not corporeal, and will look as much, but through it he is able to speak and interact with others as usual. His physical body will be unconscious and immobile while he does this. This projection will last for only ten minutes (and this limit will grow longer after much practice/advancement in skill), after which he will need to either return to his own body, or insert into another body in order to share that body’s energy to maintain the projection. (If he is not able to return to absorb this energy, his soul will be trapped like this and unable to return to his own physical body.) Should he share energy with another body, it has the added benefit of healing any physical wounds from Nisaka’s physical body, as he would essentially be sharing the other body’s good health as well.

INFO: An apprentice doctor from what is basically fantasy Kowloon Walled City. He's 14 and would like you to know that he's Totally Got This (spoilers: he don't got this). Tries very hard to seem mature but is also still a dumb teenager. Stubborn purely out of pride and spite. Honestly kind of soft-hearted and desperately searching for a purpose in his life. Is the son of a navigation god but is, uh, saltier than the sea about that at the moment.
MAGIC: Unlocking any (physical) lock! It even solves things like passwords or combinations etc for him without him having to actually know them. Only works on locks that physically exist, so he can't do stuff like bypass the lockscreen on a smartphone. Can't cheat biometrics either.
CR REQUESTS: He's new so I'd appreciate anything, but for starters:
• friends around his age when was the last time he made a friend his age
• especially other dumb teenagers who will drag/cajole him into dumb shit
• older sibling figures, he's gotten more used to talking to people who are older than him at this point

INFO: Shadow is the edgiest piece of shit ever created. He is the most 2000s Linkin Park goth antihero motherfucker and I love him. He is a hedgehog, like Sonic, but only partially; he's part alien and maybe has some lizard in there too?? We just don't know. What we do know is that he was created to be the "Ultimate Lifeform" and is imbued with the raw Chaos energy native to Sonic's world. On a good day, he can use it to teleport and make pockets of stopped/slowed time. With the actual Chaos Emeralds, he can warp entire comets and space stations, and go super saiyan. I mean super form. Yeah. He is as surly as he is short.
MAGIC: SHADOW TURNS INTO A DRAGON!! This form is about the size of Toothless from the HTTYD movies, perhaps a smidge bigger. He has a low-slung, salamander-esque body shape, flight capable wings, three eyes, and a weird life support pack thing. Because reasons.
