INFO: Noel is a sweet and polite, albeit very timid and insecure girl, who also happens to be an artificial weapon of mass destruction and an avatar of the literal God creator of her canon's world. Which doesn't change the fact she's almost pathetic levels of naive and clumsy. She may be shy, but she's very friendly and will always try her best to help everyone!! But if you threaten the people she cares for she'll shoot your face off, no questions asked.
MAGIC: Time rewind! Noel can revert time for herself and anyone/anything she's holding, basically; this can be used to change "teleport" back to where she was standing a moment ago, heal minor wounds, fix things and so on and so forth.

How awful is this cooking

We're talking like, "try tasting it and you'll pass out from how terrible it is and then spend a week in bed recovering" levels of awful. Apparently those who try it "balance between life and death".
