ABOUT: I am 100% a crazy cat lady. My city has been having an "Excessive Heat Wave" and covered in smoke the past week, so I have been all but useless.

NAME: Carla Morir
CANON: Original Character
INFO: Bitchy witch hunter/city guard, is an arrogant know it all who kind of enjoys being cruel to others. Comes from underground! Thinks magic is toxic and wants nothing to do with it, so it's safe to say she's having a hard time with this adventure in her own way. Some bullet points:

-Her people are the Hel-folk, which kind of lazily translates to like 'the below folk'. Her people live in the undercity of Vos, which was carved out by giant beetles once upon a time, but when humans found it abandoned they were given permission to move in, in exchange for trade agreements.
-Hel-folk are mostly human but have changed over time to adapt to their new surroundings, they have reflective membranes in their eyes like cats, and little pointy ears. Mainly vegetarians.
-Hel-folk think magic sucks and don't allow people to use it in their city. They use some magic-ish things, but they see a difference between casting a charm and writing one. They don't like the way magic can change you and pollute you if you let it into your body/soul.
-There are also Sol-folk, abovegrounders, who are completely polluted by said magic. After a cataclysm that destroyed an advanced world, magic went wild and has infected every living thing aboveground. Hel-folk think they're insane, cruel, wasteful, weak people.
-Carla is a Witchfinder, which is a prestigious kind of city guard who hunts down people in Vos who have begun to dabble in magic, they are almost always subdued with murder.
-This work suits Carla a lot, she's a selfish thrillseeker. Too smart intellectually for her own good, but quite emotionally void. Not good at feelings or being a person. This is both tolerated and praised in her culture.
-Controlling and manipulative, but at the same time when she feels powerless she can become quite surly and act out in a number of unhealthy ways.
-She's a jerk.

MAGIC: Resurrection, it is a power she absolutely detests and does not want to use ever.
CR REQUESTS: I fell off the map the second half of the month, so I feel like I am still in the "everything" phase but here's stuff I know tends to go over well from the past:

-Other shitty shitheads to be a jerk with/at
-Willful, independent young people for her to awkwardly feel mentorship towards.
-'Looks sweet but has definitely killed a man' types for her to wheedle about how nasty they really are. Seriously, if you are conflicted in any way about the nature of good/evil Carla will gladly make you feel like a monster. Usually by example.
-Intellectually arrogant types for her be a jerkass knowitall with.
-Nice normal people who want to frustrate her with their niceness.
-Thoughtlessly promiscuous types to entirely handwave boners with. Carla's a filth beast.
-Anything else you want to try out, honestly. She's willing to be an ass to most people.

OTHER:

Man this dragon sure does love shitty shitheads (true) and people who'll make him feel like a monster (SOMETIMES... TRUE??? IT'S COMPLICATED)

She kind of expects a derg to be a monster. Also she probably thinks dragons are kind of cool 8')
