MAGIC: Tangibility manipulation. More versatile (but also more difficult to control effectively) than traditional, superhero-esque phasing, he can render objects and people intangible for up to a minute. He's going to be terrible at it.

I really liked our brief TDM thread, and I'd love to see more of Al. (I'm biased though because FMA is one of my very favorite series of all time)

and i honestly have not watched/read anything fma but the first few episodes of brotherhood and conquerer of shamballa but they can pick up cats together. jumin will not tell him this is wrong, ever.

That is the most hilarious mix of the canon to be familiar with, I approve. Obviously cat jokes are what matter most.

Al is chill enough to be pretty good at bonding with stoic types so I think they could have some interesting CR.

Close to the same age, super driven and vaguely protaglike, frequently requires protection, extremely good at annoying people, would be a hilarious person to stuff inside the armor and/or demand a ride on his giant shoulders so she can feel tall see further.
