DOES IT COUNT IF YOU INTEND TO SIN. Shirley's not quite an antihero, but she's trying to convince herself she is so we've got "plenty of regrets" well in the hole there. She's also the living conduit for an ocean godthing, so there's that too!

THE INTENT TOTALLY COUNTS. It's still negativity that he's going to sense and want a taste of. I think he'd have a lot of fun with this CR. Also...he kind of got his water powers from corrupting a sea goddess so...extra fun. :D Feel free to poke me if you wanna plot something, if that's your thing
