But generally: Charming, excellent at chess, thinks 15 steps ahead when 2 is probably enough, optimistic to a fault, thinks he's better than he probably is, stubborn, determined, adopts troubled orphans who need a better father figure in their lives, devoutly loyal to his friends and family, and he is the future of his country.
MAGIC: Pacemiakinesis: The Manipulation of Peace. Roy can influence people's emotions to cool tempers, influence peace, and exude a sort of calming chill out, bro aura. Once he becomes more practiced at it, he can command a person's reaction in combat, to convince them that fighting is not necessarily the answer. However, his own emotional state can hinder this process -- for example, if Roy is afraid or angry, his own ability is a lot less effective, as a lot of his gift relies on how he presents himself. In other words, the mind can't be tricked by an angry man telling them peace is the better way.
CR REQUESTS: Anything and everything! Roy will probably check on you if you're new, B U T his work wife just went through A Lot so he may be quieter this round than he usually is. But I love found families and Roy tends to gravitate toward troubled youth. He's a mess.

Continuing the train of troubled youths, it's kind of several steps forward but Shirley's currently pretty agonized over the fact that she's supposed to commit genocide in the name of the ocean! So if we can somehow get these two talking about that I think that'd be great? Not immediately, obviously, but like if you wanna have Roy try to dissuade someone from making Bad Decisions that could be a thing.
