[ honestly, roy hasn't been thinking of anyone in particular arriving in shehui, but he has been keeping a lookout for people he finds vaguely familiar. he's mostly been on the lookout for the elrics, or the rest of his team, but roy supposes it would be his luck to stumble across major general olivier mira armstrong in the midst of a downpour.
as roy has his registered carer (tm) with him, he does have an umbrella -- and suddenly, olivier is out of the rain as roy appears to shelter her from the sudden storm, with a somewhat hurried salute as he's juggling the umbrella with his other hand. ]
