hi, mad, it's nice to meet you! ibo is... well, yes, it's pain and suffering, but coming from someone who genuinely loves to suffer, it's not the good kind LOL... it was kind of a good and uplifting and "glory from loss and struggle" story in season 1... which promptly turned to the show just being utterly cruel and punishing its characters and its watchers for daring to give a shit about any of them in s2... so it's a very hard show to recommend in its entirety, haha. xx; but if you feel sporting, season 1 is great, and no previous gundam knowledge is required! (i know bc this is my first and only gundam.. so far..)

ah, yes... it will be a lot of fun if that ever comes up. but that sounds great!! that or he can adopt laphicet and keep an eye on him... this is reminding me that i need to get off my ass and finally beat berseria

OH NO s2, why...also, that's good to know that prior knowledge isn't required, i've just watched a few random episodes of gundam wing when it was airing here...

adopting laphicet is also a fair game too!! he'll be so excited to be around so many cool people...

but yeah! I actually caught a few random episodes of wing when I was growing up, so I had the similar window of interest, but ibo is a different universe so you don't have to worry about being too lost! it just... has the usual Gundam Politics Bullshit, but comparatively less imo
