Al has Mika Kagehira and Chika Takami! I'm totally canon blind but they're both normal types, I think? They don't deserve this.

Since Al is clueless he'll probably ask around a lot, so info he could pick up on their interests from their CR would be good to know. Or if someone just wants to volunteer to give him advice (legit or terrible) on 'what the fuck do normal kids even like' that would be great too.

but archer is a sword snob and he won't let you get a sword that compromises utility and balance for some junky gemstones. we're finding quality swords, and maybe we can glue some craft store gems on the non-essential parts...

THEY'RE BOTH NORMAL, YES... for a degree of normalcy in mika's case anyway. enstars is a weird canon even if none of them have special powers.

al could certainly get some info out of mika's circle though!!! jun and nisaka both know that he's into handicrafts, his roommates (kurapika and roxas) will find this out over the month too, but please give him a sword he wouldn't know what to do with it it'd be great

Is Mika into any certain kind of crafting or just in general?

just general!! he doesn't particularly have an area of expertise, so he just likes to do sewing and whatnot in general... he does like to collect stuffed animals and fix them up with bits of ribbons and the like, but that's not something they'd know

Roxas could tell Alphonse that Kagehira is an idol, and some things he learned about them from their first conversation. Like apparently he thinks this guy who sews stuff is really darn cool...

Nice, getting tipped off to the sewing specifically is really helpful. GOOD JOB, ROXAS. But then the poor guy has to explain what even is an idol.
