Welcome to Spellbind! This is a post for ALL players to introduce others to their characters, as well as themselves. Unlike the OOC meet and greet, this isn't exclusive to new players, so all players can gain CR with each other.

ABOUT: just your average barista at starbucks who's trying to get into the research field! i like videogames like persona, tales, kingdom hearts etc so i mostly talk about that or mobage.

CANON: tales of vesperia
INFO: a hearttrob with a steely gaze! flynn is pretty much your perfect knight in shining armor type. he'll help anyone in need, he's friendly and polite to a fault and he's great with a sword. he's also a stupidly reckless, hotheaded idiot who can't handle being flirted with.
MAGIC: the ability to manipulate the age of anything he touches! it also functions as pseudo-healing ability.
CR REQUESTS:
- more knight pals! or any royality he can be overly formal to
- more people to spar with always or people he can geek out with about fighting/weapons/training
- people who'd be willing to risk trying his cooking or even people who could bravely teach him how to improve properly with his cooking
- flirty types who'd make him feel awkward as hell and make him an awkward blushy mess
- any assholes who could try to break through his perfect knight facade and actually get him angry
- kids who he can just dad/big brother at
- and anything else! i'm always up for all types of cr

Geir doesn't really fit any of the CR categories you're looking for but he still needs to talk to Flynn more sometime because every time I read Flynn's threads with Vern I have to muffle my howling laughter, FYI.

haha i feel the same way about their threads. and i would love more threads with geir, especially since i did enjoy that first one that they had! did you want to do anything in particular with them? or maybe something with the current event?

Hmmmm I did not have SPECIFIC ideas -- I hadn't tagged Flynn's thread because Geir's answer to all of Flynn's dream questions was "I don't know" out of lack of general life experience, and he also doesn't know enough about food to fear Flynn's cooking yet.

Re: Geir's toplevel, the dream thread is extremely intense and I don't blame people for not wanting to subject their characters to it, but Geir and Flynn could definitely talk about the moon or (if neither of those appeal) I could come up with another prompt! Just tell me something that would ping Flynn about Geir that I can work off of.

i just checked geir's toplevel and i can definitely work with chatting about the moon! i'll hit him up in just a little bit!

no worries! i backtag into forever so i'll reply whenever you tag! sort of royalty definitely counts as royalty.

and royalty that'd eat his cooking is the best sort of royalty. his manners are already scoring brownie points with flynn and eating his food will make flynn like gaelio all the more.

lucky flynn (and poor gaelio maybe) there is an explicit canon statement that he "never wastes his food" and he's no longer inclined to complain, so

haha flynn will understand that and respect him for it since he's the exact same way with food.

it probably won't be a win for gaelio in the end BUT YES. since they're still early in their sparring thread, would you mind if i add you on plurk so that way we can plot stuff with them after that's more wrapped up?
