Way back when we were first on the hub island, the crab caused characters to experience hallucinations and fever when eaten, and this was implied to be because of bacteria/other substances that the characters had not become used to yet. Is this still the case, and if so, how often would the characters have to consume the crab for the effects to fade--is it a case of a few times or more like dozens of times? What about other food sources on the island, such as the fish, turtles, and frogs?
