I've got a few small questions, regarding the abandoned house location.

I understand supplies can be found there, but what kind of supplies? Also, what condition is the house in, and how large is it? Can player characters take it upon themselves to spruce the place up, if they're so inclined?

Sorry for asking several all together but I've been wondering about the locale and 9S would probably move into that space like a hermit crab if allowed to, to have room for various projects and such.
